    Three bedroom house converted to a six bedroom home, achieving market leading rental income. We created this property to stand out from the market by designing a modern, homely environment with really great facilities for our tenants. The house had an outdated layout with a lot of wasted space. It was reconfigured to fit six double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Today it is occupied by six sharers who enjoy the benefits of co-living.   • Our director Rowena Ganguli has over 15 years’ professional experience, ranging from running construction project management teams on new build sites, to setting up a national award-winning charity when she was just 28. In 2016 she won Roger Hamilton's Runner Up Prize for Global Entrepreneurs in recognition of her social contributions.

     

    Rowena lived in rented accommodation for many years and, truth be told, most of it was pretty substandard. She works to bring dignity back to rundown properties by creating beautiful homes that people can be proud to live in.
